Why moulding pressure matters
A hand-tamped block and a hydraulically moulded block can look similar on a pallet and behave very differently in a wall. Compaction pressure determines density; density drives durability, edge integrity and how much mortar and plaster the wall eventually absorbs.
Our units are formed under consistent hydraulic pressure from a batched mix, then transferred and cured under controlled conditions rather than left to dry in open sun. The commercial benefit is waste: fewer broken corners in handling, less dressing on site, and fewer surprises when the plasterer arrives.
