Most construction delays in Zanzibar are not caused by a single missing product. They are caused by materials arriving out of sequence — blocks on site before the sand, or steel arriving after the slab was ready to tie. Build Hub is structured around that problem: manufacturing our own masonry units and coordinating the surrounding materials against the same programme.
